I’m very impressed with Helen’s blend of Craniosacral and Myofascial Release therapies- as a result of just one treatment I have noticed my hip joint became much more mobile-it has been very stiff since a motorbike accident 40 years ago. I’m looking forwards to further treatments from Helen.
